Calling All New U.S. XBOX 360 ...30s

If you are a new xbox 360 >30<, live in the US or Canada, and game between 9PM-12AM central time. I would love to add you to my Friend's List. I live in Illinois but will gladly play with west coast, east coast, and Canadians as well. I am struggling to get a couple parties of 6 from my FL since XBone came out. I am going to have to trim my FL but will have to because it maybe a long time till I ever see an XBone. I am sure my FL is full at the moment, but I will trim and add if you send me a message or reply to post.

WTF, I leave for a few weeks and the whole damn group falls apart? I must have been the blue glue holding it all together over there...If anybody has an extra Ghosts for 360 laying around I'll take if off your hands for a reasonable price...I can't stand the thought of JK, Chubbs & co. being without me  

Or maybe we can trade a few old 360 games, I have a ton of old ones I probably won't play again.

beyond my better judgement i was going to attempt a comeback to Ghosts

I can't speak for JK, but we loaded up BO2 last night and had an absolute blast playing BO2 again, going for swarms and Lodestars.  I was never a hater of BO2 like a lot of folks were, I actually liked the game(other than a few aspects like QSing)...and I suspect from the lack of activity on my FL in Ghosts compared to BO2 you(generally speaking) did too.  Ghosts is only two months old and its pretty quiet in the evenings on my FL unless there is a CW going on.  When I joined the clan last march BO2 was already 5 months old and there were a LOT of people playing it...complaining a lot...but they were still playing it.  Which means they were having fun, even with their frustration.

I've come to realize that they gave us many of the things we "thought" we wanted in a shooter.  More complex maps instead of the three lane spawn trap maps..fewer punishing scorestreaks...More balance between AR's and SMG's, and not the wildly fast pace that BO2 was.  I guess be careful what you ask for.

I might have had more fun playing BO2 last night than my entire Ghosts experience so far.  Now I remember why I couldn't wait to get the kids in bed so I could play with ya'll.  And I think those high punishing scorestreaks are one of the reasons why.  Its something to shoot for, in Ghosts the streaks...for lack of a better word...SUCK!  The dog is unpredictable, the sentry is bad-bad-bad, the trinity rocket is okay, but the hellstorm was better, the heli hardly shoots anyone and is easily taken down with gunfire, the maniac is boring to run on the big maps, the juggernaut is weak, the highest streak Lodi is boring to run.  
With no scorestreaks even when you are dominating a match it becomes a gunfight only grind to the end of the the game.  And I think Domination sucks in Ghosts, and that leaves few alternatives.  CTF might actually be a fun game mode with those complex maps, but it isn't offered.  That doesn't leave many other team based game mode options other than blitz which I'm not fond of either.  
Maybe their biggest mistake was to change the playlist so dramatically.  They got rid of a load of obj based games that teams could play like HQ, Demolition, CTF or hardpoint.  When you got bored of one, you could play a different one for a while to change things up.  Maybe that's the problem, there isn't a game mode I LIKE in Ghosts.

Maybe it was just nostalgia, but I was actually playing with a smile again.  What's ironic is that I've had more success in Ghosts than I ever did in BO2 in terms of w/l% and K/D.  So I can't say that its because I'm better at BO2 than Ghosts, I just have more fun playing it...And that is what its about to me.

I could delete your posts and bring it back on topic, but I won't at the moment. I too love BO2. Bad connection and QS is the only thing that I had to avoid, but I was on such a grind the last three or four months of BO2 on League Play that I never played the new maps. I can't even remember if I have played them all yet.

The thrill is back to go for the swarm and the couple of games that blue and I had to throw the whole team of randoms on our back and carry them to victory was awesome. Not to toot our horn too loud but we did that over a few times last night.

I'm trying to get some new folks on my friends list. I started playing BF4 and still trying to play Ghosts on 360. Please send me an invite.

I need to go through my list and start adding more 30 members onto my friends list. My schedule will be changing a little and I will be on around 7:30 - 10pm Sunday - Thursday. Fridays 7:30 - when I can no longer take it or my wife tells me to turn off the Xbox. Saturday anytime during the day and again until I am told to turn off the system.

i dont know about this jk guy... he put canada as a after thought
