Dont know if the code will still work but you can try

Once signed in, select "Account Management".
From the Account Management screen, select "Redeem Codes".
In the new screen that opens, enter your 12 digit voucher code, and then select "Continue".
Follow the on-screen instructions to redeem voucher content and download content from the final screen of the redemption process.

I downloaded it with the code that came with my copy of the game. I thought the theme would be better. Not too impressed with it. I will stick with my MW2 theme for now.

I had two themes that came with - one a timeline theme. didn't like it and this one which is a gun metal colour scheme and quite cool

Cool. I got one theme and it was the timeline. Didn't know about the other theme. I will have to check it out.
