Over30Clan 1

It is now up and running. If you are on Roster 1 please add yourself to Over30Clan 1 ASAP. I will send a message to everyone to let them know that it is up and running now.

Will join when I get home. Is everyone able to do it on PS, PC, or either or?

I found it on Elite using my PC, but cannot see how to join?

I found it on Elite as well. No option to join the clan on the laptop or through PS3. Maybe The1 has to invite us.

I am trying to get back in, but elite is being stupid again and has forgotten all the groups I joined. I may have to try from my PS3 tonight.

I looked on the pc at work and no luck the connect tab just gives an error message. Maybe tonight on the ps3 it will work.

An elite rep posted this on an Elite forum post today at 7:55 AM. "Currently the Connect portion of this site is not fully functional. Clan creation will be restored soon. We are working around the clock to improve connectivity to all parts of the ELITE service.

Is elite worth it? I assume this Roster1 is an elite deal bc I'm confused.

I will have to buy and download elite this week to join y'all but you can count me in shortly

I got the hardended package in order to save a little on the DLCs and the elite came with the package, it looks like a lot of info I will never use but is something to look at work when it is slow. Maybe once the clan gets together and all signed up then some good may come of it.

The roster1 is an elite deal for the clan in elite. I think it will be worth it for the extras. You are probably going to buy the mappacks anyway so why not pay ahead of time and get into elite premium while you are at it.

I have an option to invite, but it says that I don't have any friends or tracked players. So its not allowing me to send invites right now.

On the MW3 forum there was a lot of chatter about the clans and that invites were being sent, but people couldn't respond to them to get into the clan. There are still bugs they are working out, but at least you have the clan name locked in.

Yeah the site is still really messed up though I was at least able to finally logon earlier this afternoon.

I never got the hardened edition but as far as I understand the instructions, I'll just need to go onto the PSN store and buy Elite Premium there and then it'll just figure it out when I play.

Seems quite worth it as there are other advantages to having it such as when our clan hits certain levels it appears that we'll actually get hours of double XP.

Do you have to have elite premium to join the clan?

@ Walldog - Nope, every MW3 has elite and that is enough to be a part of the clan.

The premium is for special comps, early DLCs and the schweeet green skull next to your name..

Just so everyone knows. I believe that you can still join elite even if you have the free version. You just can't participate in the clan challenges or something like that.

So I found the Over30, but there is no join button. This is a bunch of crap. Let me in the clan.

How to I find the clan, can't seem to figure out where to go

The1, I sent you a PM about this... right now, there's no way to join the clan. The clan's creator has to INVITE members. I watched my son do this on the PC for a clan he created this evening. This would be true for whomever created the Xbox clan, too.

Dave, you'll need to:

1. Go into Elite on the PC and log in.
2. On the Career main page, there is a "Search for player" box on the left menu.
3. Click in the box and type a PSN id (ex. "hockalees") and click on the magnifying glass.
4. It should chunk a while then bring up my Career summary page.
5. In the top right corner you'll see buttons to "Compare", "Track Player" and "Invite to Clan".
6. Click on "Invite to Clan"
7. Repeat steps 3 - 6 for any other PSN ids you want to invite, I imagine you'll want to do the master list.

If you will do it for me and I am able to actually respond and JOIN the clan. I _might_ be able to send invites, too. I don't know about that yet but my son thinks you can. That way you can divvy up the master list and save some time.

Lemme know in this thread if you try this and how it worked for you.

He should also be able to access our profiles by clicking on the name in the messages we have posted. Then send invites instead of typing in the PSN's to search.

Either way. I used the search to add you guys to my Tracked Players. Still not sure but if we can level up our clan to 10 with all the founder XP we have we could have _gold_ clan tags.

I got my invite for OG this morning and I was able to join the xbox side on elite which is Over30.
