I'm finally getting to play this beauty. It was still in the plastic since 2 Christmases ago...coinciding with my Blops addiction.

What a beautiful game. I got 100% on GT4 without too much trouble, but this seems much harder to get all golds on the license tests. Has anyone accomplished this feat?

I was busting my ass last night trying to get all golds on the second series...still only Silvered a few...it's a real bitch.

Any help appreciated!

It's the most challenging of the GT series, for sure. Its been a while since I've played, but I have golds in about 1/2 the tests, and most of the races up to Intermediate IIRC.

Are you running a wheel?

No...just the controller. I know that the wheel would help big time, but I didn't want to spring for it.

I got golds in all the licenses, but I can't get gold in all the events. I still need the RedBull X2010 challenges and Grand Tour Eiger Nordwand Time Trial....I gave up and believe those are not possible without a wheel, I don't care what anyone says.

Also I got pretty much every car I can loan one to you.

I am ready to blow my brains out on the 2 slalom challenges...simply impossible to gold. I've even searched youtube for solutions. The cars they give you handle like a stagecoach loaded with lead bricks.

Everything else is manageable. Oh, I forgot the braking challenges...they can suck it too.

One of those slaloms is really hard I think it was a toyota concept car or something, it may sound stupid but drive as straight as you can. With licenses the hardest I found was Applied Overtaking-Madrid City Course in the Miura P400 it was hard to go fast enough in the car without making a mistake.

I recently started playing GT5, borrowed it off my brother who said he was done with it. I've more or less ignored the license tests because they're not required to do the actual races.

I have gold in all the events up to about half of them in the expert series, haven't moved up to ... is it called hardcore? Can't remember.

I love love love love the Top Gear test track. Man was it a treat to "drive" on that

I was really hooked on this, for a while it was all I played. Then MW3 came out and I have not really played it much since. I created another PSN account just for GT5 trading. I have about half golds in the license tests then I just started racing. almost done with A spec, Done with B spec. still have quite a few special events to go. That damn Red Bull event is a M.F'er!!! Anyone want to do any trading, let me know, random level tickets, cars or color chips.
