So.....Do I use a clan tag or follow the advice in the past forums of sending add requests to people in my time zone?

Welcome, yea the best advice would be to add a couple of people in your area, and be sure to include >30< in the friend request. Then once your in a lobby just add other members. Seems easier than trying to add 50 people at once. Be sure to add yourself to the correct usergroup (EC, CE, WC).

We're not strict on clan tags. Wear whatever you like. The semiofficial tag is x30x, we also run divisional tags for interclan matches, but people run several variations of it. Look at and apply for the usergroup that best fits you. User groups are found at the top of the page. Add some people from the group you choose. Where are you located?

You are correct I just sent messages instead if requests.....I had a blast last night playing on a team of six instead of just running around solo getting blasted from behind. I am looking foward to playing with all of you in the future!

i requested a few people on the list and all, but not sure where to go from there. i have never done one of these before, but i was looking for when i get online i dont just get randomly put in these bs rooms! im sure alot of you other guys feel the same way. thanks for any help you guys can give.

Hey everyone- New guy here- In central time. I ususally play for an hour or so at night and on weekends. I do have 2 sons (13 and 11) that are 10 X better than I am...and I joind because of a friend (dmixx) invited me. I got to say I love this. People my age. I don't have to worry about a 13 year old telling me to "suck his (insert any body part here)" OR...I dont' have to worry if I accidently say a bad word (not often I do that- I try to make sure my mic is off) It's nice to know i'm with adults.

Anhow-

I have seen different versions of the clan tag and was wondering what is the correct one.

I have seen the "x30x" and the ">30<" one.
