PS+ Member? You should be!

Been a PS+ member since 09/2011 and have gotten lots of good games for free and a few with great discounts since I've had it. I got the 1 year sub and it's already well over paid for itself.

It's now even better. They updated today that the free games offered this month are:

I just got my 12 month sub today off of BestBuy, code was in my inbox in 10 min. Now to start downloading all this free shit!

New content drops every Tuesday, I always forget to check for stuff. Also with PS+ you can set auto updates. Your PS will download and install all updates (game and system) automatically while you sleep. It does not work for elite drops however. Also you get invites to multiplayer beta testing.

***Remember***

If you let you subscription laps you will loose access to all FREE games. Some of the free games are demo's.

Since I've been a member since last September, I've gotten a bunch of free games like all three Resident Evil PS1 classics, all three Spyro PS1 games, Castlevania SOTN PS1, PSN games like Back to the Future, Trine 2, Shank 2, Marvel Pinball (love that), even full PS3 games like Tomb Raider and FarCry 2. That's just a few off the top of my head, I'm sure I'm missing some. They also have had free Mini's, themes and avatars.

It also gives discounts of 30%, 50% and up to 70% sometimes off games and DLC. The free games and discounts they offer changes every month. Sometimes twice a month, but that's rare.

Like someone else said, it also automatically updates all your games and the system anytime one comes up and it backs up all your game saves to your Cloud.

The only drawback is you lose the ability to play any free games if your PS+ sub runs out, but you can still play anything you got at a discounted price and if you renew you'll be able to play all free stuff again.

The only bad thing is you won't be able to get what was offered before you subscribed unless they offer it again in the future.

After having my HDD brick last month and losing all my game saves, it is worth a mention that PSN+ members get 120GB of space in the cloud for game saves. Would have greatly appreciated that a few weeks ago. Still haven't pulled the trigger on it yet but for $50 it is getting tempting.

I just got the three month sub to try it out and I will be renewing. Question tho, does it alert you when your sub is gonna run out so you can renew before you lose all that stuff?
