| I was wondering if any of you keeps the same guns and classes or tends to jump around. I find myself using my favorite gun and thinking its the best for my play style, then I try something new for some reason and reason thats I did great so I jump into that for a few weeks. This seems to be going over and over with me with guns. I'm went from SMGs to the ACR, to 3-shot Rifles. I then discovered sniping and have been doing that for some time, although I never could quick scope. Now I am part to the 3-shot Rifles. I tend to keep the same perk package of Blind Eye(because getting constantly shot by a kill streak annoys me), Assassin or Hardline, and Steady Aim.
Right now I am running
Type 95 Stinger Frag Flash Blind Eye Assassin Steady Aim
Whats everyone's thoughts? |

| i like to switch up my play style so not to get bored
big maps that have a lot of open areas I tend to stick to assault rifles - especially the mk14 on interchange and village
smaller maps like arkaden and seatown ill use the g36c its the fastest aim down sight assault rifle - the acr68 use to be my all time fav until i saw a youtube vid on the g36c
i typically dont use smg's unless im trying to unlock something - primarily due to my connection - the more bullets it takes to kill someone the worse off i am in that regard but good maps to use smg on are carbon, dome, etc.
shotguns are fun as long as you stay in close quarters, like inside arkaden and of course dome is a good one
the blind eye / assasin aint a bad combo since you're still learning the spawn system - i really like recon pro (bullets and any explosive damage paints the enemy) THEN use hardline pro on top of that and every two assists count as a kill. Everytime a team mate kills a painted target = assist. You can really rack up a killstreak fast this way.
start with support streaks until you are more familiar with the game (uav, vests, and whatever else) that should get you a good start
the key is to not bring a knife to a gun fight - in other words dont be in wide open areas with short range weapon
right now im just going thru the weapons list and getting all gold - which is one helluva challenge having to adapt play to some weapons - with the acr i can longshot all day long but using the ak it was extremely difficult because the recoil is terrible

| I use a sniper class, an assault rifle class, sub machine gun, and or shotgun class. And I just leave the final one random, so that I can get rid of the item unlock icon all the time. |

| Honestly DatGuy, if thats what you are using. Drop the steady aim. Its unnessicary with that class. Use stalker or deaD SILENCE. It will be more benefuicial. Sorry typed from phone. |

| Datguy,
I have the same class except I use MarksmanPro because the Type 95 is a beast at distance. And I use a trophy because I use that class to cap and then defend the flag.
I have ten totally different classes set up. They are fashioned around the different maps and whatever challenge I am going for at the time.
Once I get a gun leveled up I tend to try new ones.
But I always keep my trusty try-hard classes available.

| I use different guns for different maps because they play different. I like to level and try weapons I don't normally use on drop zone. I like to play fast and rush so I mostly use AR's and SMG's with sleight of hand, second perk changes depending on how I want to play, but I use them all. I like to use stalker and MM in the third spot with the AR's and steady aim with SMG's or shotguns. Like some of the others on here I like a variety so I don't get bored, but I do have my go to try hard classes. I would say just keep blind eye in a class or 2 if you want to work on killing people. There are enough of us in the party that like to shoot shit down. You can always switch classes if you are getting raped by air support. If you want to go try hard and just work on killing and gun skills then use SOH, quickdraw, and MM or stalker depending on if you plan on being up close or farther away. The only thing I would add is just keep trying different perk combo's and don't worry about it. You are going to die no matter what. Lucky for us its a game and we can respawn. Every game plays different so you can always switch classes depending on the play of the other team. |

| I just recently discovered the Recon perk. I used to fill my first slot with Extreme Conditioning. That combined with Dead Silence is great for running and gunning lone wolf style. But when you're at a full team, there usually a lot of chatter so it's hard to sound whore. My go-to class is: PP90M1, FMG Akimbo's, semtex, flashbang, Recon, Hardline and Stalker. Specialist kill streak: Sleight of Hand, Assassin and Scavenger.
Recon as you know helps paint the enemy and it's a big help for your team. The pro version also let's your bullet damage paint.
I also have a ghost go-to class, I switch from Recon to Blind Eye sometimes: Type 95, FMG/Stinger, semtex, flash, Recon/Blind Eye, Assassin, Marksman. (Marksman is great if you get to know the likes of the Type 95.) |

| I actually recently discovered Recon too. I always ran Blind Eye but I find recon allows me to know where people are by just tossing a flash down a hallway. I can then see where they are exactly. I also think it helps the clan alot more as my role in our ops is far from a killing machine. Also, when running with the clan i don't see many enemy killstreaks I also spent some time with RIP FPS Doug and began using the Scar and ACR after that. Right now I am running this package
Gun: ACR Second: Anti Aircraft Launcher (to take down Killstreaks while you all kill everyone) Perk 1: Recon Pro Perk 2: Hardline or Assassin Perk 3: Stalker Pro
Kill Streak: Pred, Heli, Reaper
I also have been been playing with the MP-7 but prefer Assault Rifles for the range. |

| When I use the type 95 its always for a defending (camping) class. My set up is a little difrent than yours so ill share it with you.
Type 95 w/rappid fire and silencer Stinger/mp9 extended mags Slight of hand Quick draw Stalker C4 Trophey pred/AS/reper
I had some good games running this back before i started prestiging agan. Now im running this most of the time
Dom set up: Scar w/flinch and extend mags Stinger C4 Trophy EC Blast sheild Stalker Advanced/Selth/EMP Just a side not, two guys with this support set up always makes Dom easyer to win IMO.

| I change my set up like every time some kills me more than twice(which is all the time) I see what there rocking and think in my tiny little brain if I have that set up I will be that good. But I normaly run a sml/med class with a smg I have a med/lrg class assault rifle those classes alway have sleight of hand, quick draw, sit rep with support advance, stealth, emp then I will have a sneaky class acr and stinger with blind eye/recon,assassin,sit rep/marksman same strike package as the rest. then the other slots are for the woman in me alway changing my mind on the class set ups. |

| I continually mix it up, but for the most part I have three base classes for map/play-modes...a "Attack Class" (SMG- Extreme Cond. - Assassin - Stalker), a "Defend Class" (AR - Blind Eye - Quickdraw - Marksman) and...a "Lag Class" (PP90M1- Extreme Cond. - Quickdraw - Dead Silence). When the lag starts getting to me I start running, spraying and praying. For whatever reason the PP90M1, those perks and that style of play usually (not always) seems to cut through the lag for me.
Either way, I find that I usually do better with guns I don't use often. I'll get something I like and start running with it consistently and then my K/D and accuracy will nosedive. Once that happens I put it away for awhile..., but I'll come back to it eventually and start the whole process over again. I actually find tweaking and swapping all the weapons, attachments, proficiencies and perks one of the funner aspects of the game.
