I am on roster 3 I guess it really doesnt matter which one I am on. Do any rosters have more active eastern time zone members than the other? I have only played with about 8 people total so far.

I think time zones are spread pretty evenly throughout the rosters. I recommend several roster 1 and 2 guys on your friends list as you can in your time zone as you can see clan 3 in your mw3 menu. Your friends list will be full in no time. Invite x30xs in lobbies that you see over a couple nights worth of playing as these are the ones that will likely be on when you play.
