Seems kind of pointless. I had the sound off so I didn't hear if there was commentary but 75 kills for your clan is the same if it comes from one guy or the entire team.

I believe only the 6 top scoring players count for your score in clan ops. Wicked clan must have ran 6 teams like this because their score for top 6 players was over 7000 kills. if more teams do this it may mean only a silver badge instead of gold or bronze badge instead of silver for teams who dont score as high as this, by playing the game normally. In the commentary it is said it`s perfectly ok to do this, according to Elite, but i would argue it is not exactly in the spirit of fair play.

Gotcha. Rather than spreading 75 kills per match over 36 members, they concentrate them to 6 players. I like you guys but I'm not gonna go 0-500 just for a gold

I didn't get it at first, but I guess the logic makes sense since only the top 6 scoring people in the clan count for scoring in the clan op. This way you are concentrating the kills to one person, rather than the others "stealing" kills from that person, so they are essentially pushing up that one persons' scores by not killing anyone. However, how f'ing boring is your life for 3 hours if you are the other 5 players who spend that time running around with riot shields every single game. F that. It is an interesting strategy though.
He got 75 kills here, which is obviously high as he benefits from that map and some good kill streak kills, but he mentions at one point that all their top 6 got over 1,000 kills. So the rough math on that is:
1,000 kills/3 hours = 333 kills per hour 7.5 min games, plus time in between games means you can run about 7 games per hour 333 kills per hour/7 games per hour = averaging 47 kills per game.
I guess if you are the only person killing anyone, that is certainly achievable. Again, seems like a lot of effort to win a clan op - and you have to find 5 other guys to be your bitch for 3 hours, but I guess it does seem to work.
