You'd think it would start with Activision (not necessarily IW) first, then maybe some collaboration with M$. I guess it depends on who's T&C's you "supposedly" broke. This guy sounds like some whack job, who somehow has the authorization to pull the plug on your M$ Live account. He should probably be reported to M$. This looks bad on them. The video should be plenty of proof...unless your hiding something.
