I don't think there is a difference really between day and night playing but I definitely think there is a better connection in FFA. I think it has something to do with the game matching you with people in your area as opposed to being in a party with 5 others all over country then matching you with people closer to the party leader maybe?
My KD in FFA blows any other game type out of the water. Perhaps I just do better when its a one on one fire fight over a team based game where you frequently find yourself out numbered. I don't know.
I did sound like I had a few morning bloody marys! I also realized in that game I dropped my ACR for a shotgun then immediatley dropped it for my own ACR again, then bitched it was out of ammo too. Dumbass.

Good stuff!!
I used to feel the same way back in MW2 days, always did WAY better k/d wise in FFA and I always felt it was because it was more one on one. I was to the point it was extremely rare for me not to finish in top 3. I haven't played too many of them in MW3 though, maybe I'll start doing that to change things up for me.
I found your perks interesting, I used to use marksman a lot to get those long distance names to pop up, but I find it so hard to get away from dead silence in FFA, mainly because I know how much I use the footsteps of others to get kills so I figure I won't give that same advantage to others. IDK, you give me something to think about lol, keep it up!!

Yeah I run dead silence 90% of the time. It sucks to switch to something else then hear your own footsteps clomping around. But on particular maps like Interchange and Village I've been doing a lot better using marksman. Another setup I started using that OG suggested is a SMG and using stalker. That's a fun one too.
Now is when Captn chimes in and says I don't need dead silence because I don't move from one spot.
