Any of you ladies in school? What do you guys do for a living?

*hair stylist, 8 years. I've been Pursuing medical imaging In college, Taking my prerequisites.

Daughter, 5, Kindergarten

id love to go back to school just dont know how to go about it. i work ata deli/ convience store. it sux but its a job i guess.i have a 7 yr old daughter and a 12 yr old stepdaughter and a 10 yr old stepson.

Stay at home mom since before my second son Reilly (16 months) was born. I have a BS in graphic design and photography. Worked for a newspaper. Two kids Remy (6) and Reilly.

Ghost, there's always a way. I have plenty advice and I could send you links with some sites that could help! I'm a single mom in school, and was working up until about a month or so ago, 2 months. It's slow and steady wins the race

Phoenix, hey if you can do it, more power to you! It's nice being able to be with your kids, I know this being off work now. I'm going back though bc I can not afford to dip into savings for bills forever...

A job is a job, your damn straight. Being a mom and working is tough enough, but to be insecure about where you make a paycheck, is bull shit.

I know what you mean about dipping into savings for bills. Being a mom should be a paid job. I'd liked to go back to work but being in a small town there's not much opportunity. Ideally I'd like to start a home business. I thought about doing some freelance graphic design but there's billions out there. Also I'm not sure about all the legal stuff. I hate not bringing money home and Mickey having to work overtime to keep us from dipping into savings. It sucks. Even if I could do something to make enough money to pay for the groceries I think I'd feel better about staying home with my boys.
