| I'm tinkering around with youtube for the first time ever and learning how to put a game onto it. Do those who put full length games(like Slam and Missiler) have special equip? so without it I'm stuck at 2 minutes or less? How much data is a 2 minute clip? | |

| Welcome to the addictive world of youtube video To do the full length stuff you do need a pvr/game capture device. But, if you want to just test the water you can do it in a different way. Record the game in theater at 2:00 intervals and upload them to youtube. You can then go into the youtube video editor and splice them together to make a full game. I never did any full length matches, but i did a number of clips, highlights and montages only using youtube editor and/or Windows Movie Maker. You can always upgrade video editing software and recording equipment if you find you like doing it. Good luck and I look forward to seeing your work. | |
