Are there rules to this? Is it TDM pick gametype. Killstreaks, any perks, or are we going to limit things.

D if you want in we can schedule to meet what ever time frame that meets your schedule.

OK boys and girls here are the rules and I will keep them short an sweet.

1: Double elimination w/ a winners and losers bracket.
2: Best 2 out of 3 games.
3: Games are decided by the two squads that are playing one another.
4: You may run your normal classes and kill-streaks.
5: Once everyone that wants in is in you will be allowed to pick your partner.
6: Once teams are set I will be randomly pick teams from a hat to set matches (If anyone has a kinect I will do the drawing live)
7: Wins and loses must be reported to me as soon as the match is over (VIA forum or live)

I think that just about covers everything. If you have anymore questions feel free to post up.

It looks like we have 14 people interested. It would be nice to get 2 more so we would have 8 teams. Then we can pick teams and randomly set the 1st round matches.

I doubt we will be able to play all the matches in one night so we may need to set dates for each round. Once the brackets are set it would be up to each team to set up the game against the other team within the time specified for that round and then report the results to Hood so he can update the bracket and notify you of your next matchup.

One thing to keep in mind is the host advantage. It would be nice to have someone that is not in the match host, but if this is not possible the host should be alternated.

Friday seems to be a good night for most people, so maybe we can all get in a private lobby this Friday night and work out any remaining details.

I'll be out of town this weekend away from Xbox, so I'll have to back out I guess.

Good Point Jet about the host advantage. I didn't even think about that. It would be nice if I could get one person to act as host and spectate. This is something I will have to check into with the settings of the game. +1 to you. Thanks

Chaotic you don't have to back out. I am giving everyone til the end of the week (Sunday) to sign up. I have sent out request VIA live to the members that are not on the forum much but if there are members that are not on my F/L please spread the word. I want to include all the members as I can. Monday will start the pairing for teams. Report your team back to me by no later then Tuesday so that Wednesday I can draw up the bracket and get this thing started Thursday night. Also like Jet said i will make exceptions to meet anybody's time frame. We have till Nov 8th to get this finished. 12 days as of Thursday 10/27.

this friday is the only night I can play this weekend, after 10pm EST... saturday i'm heading to foxwoods to see Kathy Griffin

Sweet!!! Now if we can get 2 to 4 more people. I would like to have 8 to 10 teams. I also want to thank Jet for directing me to an online bracket set up so that everyone can see it online.

It doesn't matter to me who I partner with, because I am comfortable playing with everyone. I would be happy to have any of you as a partner. I do fear the Jeff/Todd tag team though. I hope someone would have me as a partner. I think I am going to change my gamercard for the occasion.

Yeah I second that JK. The Jeff/Todd combo could be a ringer. These kind of tournaments anybody can win just like the NFL anybody can be beat on any given day. So lets have some fun, good laughs and maybe some awsome video to post up to show the lightsiders how the Xbox side of this clan rolls.

Cryptic as I have stated in the rules. You can pick any game type and any map. Its up to the two teams to decided and agree upon.

Nuketown, Stadium, Hazard, Drive-In. These are the small ones, but I don't believe everyone has these. Nuketown is fine with me.

Summit would be a good map as well.

Ok I have registered myself for the use of the bracket generator that Jet has provided me with and just to keep everyone in the loop once I have entered the teams it will automatically set the first round matches. I might have to get with Jet on how to set this up for everyone to view as to it has a lot of options. Jet pm me so that we can get together and play around with this bracket generator. Thanks
