Ghost Clans are not using ELITE, but are running on a new system.
A Few highlights are below:
-There may be instances where two separate Call of Duty® Elite Clans – one Clan on Xbox 360, and one Clan on PlayStation®3 – have the same Clan Name. These existing Call of Duty® Elite Clan Names will be reserved as Call of Duty®: Ghosts Clan Names by their respective Clan Leaders ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS during the Call of Duty®: Ghosts Early Clan Registration.
-This year also introduces cross-platform Clans, allowing players to create and/or join a single Call of Duty®: Ghosts Clan across the following platforms: Xbox 360, PlayStation®3, Windows PC, and when available, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
-Q: Can I be a Clan Member of more than one Call of Duty®: Ghosts Clan on different platforms? For example, can I be in one Call of Duty®: Ghosts Clan on Xbox 360, and a different one on PlayStation®3?
A: No, with the introduction of cross-platform Clans, which will allow Call of Duty®: Ghosts Clans to be comprised of players across multiple platforms, Clan Members can only be in one Call of Duty®: Ghosts Clan at a time, regardless of platform.
I'm assuming this means we'll no longer be limited to 100 clan members and we as a "Clan" can get everyone put in one place! I really hope this is true. It'll make managing and communicating clan ops SO much easier!

I'm actually kinda glad that it's still restricted to 100, so we can have 30 on 30 clan wars - you know that shit would get crazy fun...think there'd be any trash talking at all? LOL
I haven't been too jacked about Ghosts, I just now pre-ordered and that is by far the latest I've ever ordered a CoD title. However, if they're serious about re-vitalizing the clan ops (that have some actual REWARD) then I'm f-ing stoked!
30 v all others = face rape 30 v 30 = brotherly face rape
