Xbox One - Join Friend

I must be missing something but has anyone found a way to click on a friend and "join game in session" or anything like that?

I see a few people playing, and I was trying to join there game, and can't seem to figure out how

Let me rephrase that

I know i can do it from the Ghost game, but I was looking for a way to do it from the friends list on XBOX 1

lol--i haven't figured it out yet as well--I tried sending game invites to party chat and no showed or acknowledged so I have no idea if i'm doing anything right

At least on the PS3, I think if the game is full, there is a lock symbol so you can't Join Game. Only when there is room will it light up and you can join.
