so basically this turns the game into hardcore w/ a HUD and w/out friendly fire?

I hadn't used burst fire on an AR yet, but I did try it on a MK14 and that turned it into a one burst...very deadly at range. I liked it, but I like the R5 so I'm going to try it. I got pretty good with the M8A1 but even that was mostly a 2 burst unless you got all HSs.

I've tried this on most of the ARs and I would say it is just a waist of an attatchment. Better off just using the MSBS which is still the best burst gun in the game. If you want to use it then the fad or arx160 are good choices because of their rate of fire.

I decided to fuck around and try burst fire on the honey badger. Despite the connections and hit detection being fucking garbage all night I have to say this combo is obviously what we're experiencing with the one shot bullshit. If you can hit the first burst night night. I was also using silencer and I kept seeing really weird recoil - the gun was staggering up and to the right - it was very annoying.

Dispite connection? What does that mean?

it means the hit detection was fucking garbage last night for me - dead center mass bursts and no hit markers

I need to try this on my M27.

Try this:

MR-28 Marksman Rifle
Burst fire
Sight of your choice (I don't like the default marksman scope)
Quickdraw
Stalker (to get gun up quick and adjust aim)
Season with other perks to taste.

Bake at 350º in Stonehaven (or other large map or baking sheet)

Enjoy, serves 6, low carb too.

One burst usually dead, two bursts, always dead. It's like a better MSBS with much better range. That's why the MSBS isn't really over-powered imho. Burst fire is that great assault rifle equalizer.

I'm trying it on the LSAT...
