TitanFall will feature 6v6 Max Player Count

Um... is this good or bad?

I guess it depends on the size of the maps. Doesn't matter what the team's sizes are, just as long as the maps are made to play well with that amount of players. Was hoping for something like 10 vs. 10, but it appears this game is going directly after the COD fan base so 6 vs. 6 would make sense I guess.

6 vs 6 is a little lite wonder if different on pc !

This could be the problem with this game.

Maps are said to be bigger than COD and smaller than BF... not a lot of info but the developers stated they needed more space for the increased movement of the players and the mechs to move around in. Imagine 4 30ft tall mechs sprinting around a COD map.

This (to me) is horrible news. 12 players is not enough... it is if it's a tight tactical shooter like CS or Rainbow... but for a big bouncy arcade shooter set in large maps... no, just no.

Imagine how cool this would have been with 24-36 players. Guess i really wont be picking up a One now lol.

My only concern about the 6v6 player count is that "AI", and by AI I mean bots, will fill out the rest of the map. So you will have 12 PvP and maybe an additional 20+ bots running around to kill. If they are going to include that then I don't understand why they couldn't fill it with other players.

That is exactly what they're doing according to interviews. Even when you get out of a Titan or say you don't get in one you call... they'll go around AI then by themselves withouth anyone in there fighting! Um... ok they have the resources it seems... just put more people in these big ass maps. You know there will be people finding exploits to camp the other teams bots and rack up kills and shit lol.

Remember back when you first started playing CoD and you got your brains beat in until you learned how to play and upped your skill level?  Those days are over!!!  WOOHOOO!!!!!  Did anyone play Bootcamp in BO2?  This sounds like that mode except with more bots to crush

6v6 with a bunch of bots? Sounds like the #1 single game I had a hard on for and then instantly was disappointed.

Brink.

Bethesda, free running, amazing art style, heavy on objective game play. Yeah...and a ton of bots. Stupid, useless, get in your way bots.

TitanFall was suppose to be 12v12 I believe.

The big draw of MP games is bitch slapping each other, knowing some 12 year old kid is crying on the other end (or owning you with a crazy internet connection and young man reflexes).

6v6 + I think it is 16 bots per side. So maybe 1 in 3 of your kills will be against another person. The rest are against beefed up combat training dummies

I couldn't care any less about the the player count or the number of bots.

The game simply looks like it is fun to play with your friends and everybody who has played it claims it is the best multiplayer in a long while.

Given that these guys basically changed the face of online multiplayer for consoles with CoD Modern Warfare, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and let them get their game out there before I criticize too much.
