Can't find 30 clan

As a founder you should see a green skull icon next to your name.

When Elite loads up the first page is the Elite summary. To the right next to where it says your screen name it will say founder with a green skull next to it and under that it will say Elite premium with a red skull aside of it.

That helps but what I did was look at Elite on my PS3 just now and on my PS3 it shows me as a premium member and founder, but when I look at Elite on my laptop it only says premium. Thanks Nixon.

I can't remember. I downloaded elite and entered my code in the PSN store for the background and stuff. I noticed that early yesterday that I still had 1 hour of XP left. I guess it got added and I didnl't know it.

I was able to join the over30_clan group. There are 5 of us thus far it would appear.

Features on Elite seem to be coming available a little at a time. I see there are clans out there, but waiting until I see something on the forums about us.

weird...I joined over30clan where Nixon and Manic are, but only three of us...

I can log in, but it won't let me enter a group name to search for it. Also I can access the Clan section but it won't let me start a clan. I put the Clan name in and hit enter and it just dissappears and nothing happens.

Clans ARE working... my son created one for his friends. He created "Ares". The weird thing is I keep getting the thing that Dave is seeing.... it asks me to type it in, then prompts if I want to use my 500XP clan boost. Then does nothing.

I was able to join the over30 group at least. Again, I had to do it from the PC. Couldn't figure out how to do it from the PS3 app.

The1.... do you have the green skull yet in Elite? I only got mine yesterday.

I get a Pop-Up when I hit enter, but mine is blank. All I get is a cancel or confirm notice. I've hit both and they do nothing. Yes I have my green skull now.

There is a 30UP clan in Elite now, no one from our clan is in it as I don't think it is ours.

It is not our clan. Do not join it. You will be wasting you 500 clan XP points on a kid named tub butter. Have we decided what our clan is going to be called? x30x, >30<, over30, over30_clan? Which one is it. I want to make sure everyone joins the right clan. YOu can only give your 500 points clan XP to the first clan you join.

Yeah there us a x30x group and an over 30 clan group. These are groups not clans.

At least no one has secured the proper 30 names yet on the clan side

I think that we will name our clan:

Over30Clan 1
Over30Clan 2
Over30Clan 3

etc. That way we leave room to expand as we grow bigger. It also incorporates the Roster number in the usergroups here on the site.

I can access the Elite perfectly from the house. It runs smoothly on the laptop however it still will not allow me to make a clan yet. I think that it is temporarily down again. It asks me if I want to spend my clan XP on this clan and I said yes. The screen flashes and nothing happens. I will continue trying and will let you guys know when it is up and running. Then I will choose someone from Roster 2 and 3 to make those clan lists to match the first 1.


I was able to join the x30x and over30clan usergroups today.

Added a WC30 group too. We may want to have CE and EC start those groups to secure the names.

Good thinking Snow. Based on how the lag and party making has been in MW3 lately I can see us playing more regionally within the clan so having those groups reserved will help.

I tried to search x30x with no success. I then tried to create x30x, but it seemed to do nothing. I don't know if this means it didn't take or did take. I might have to wait to see if it took. The reason I tried x30x was because of the clan tag and an easy search on elite. The larger the clan the more point and easier to level up.

By the way, if it didn't take should the XBOX side follow suit with your plan.

Also the Clan leveling systems and rewards look pretty sweet. Should be nice once it is fully functional.

Good Point Steeler. Who is taking care of the clan creation on the Xbox side of things?

JK how you do the XBox side of elite is completely up to you. I chose Over30Clan because it would be found if people searched for Over, 30, or Clan. I have already tried to make Over30Clan with no success yet. I am waiting to see if it takes or not also. I think most people would try to find us by typing Over30Clan.

This is a tweet sent my the CallofDutyELite twitter account this morning, "We are working towards a universal Elite experience but we cannot guarantee if or when a version will be available for the PC."

Universal as in XBox and PS3 would be able to see each others stats and such?

Great, I'll join and add my 500 XP to the Clan.

Make sure you PM JKSteelers and let him know. As long as everyone is on the same page on the xbox side it shouldn't be a problem. The PS3 side is going to defer to The1's roster list for clans. I am waiting for him to create the Over30clan 1, Over30clan 2, and Over30clan 3 so that I can join. We may need someon from Roster 2 to make the Over30clan 2 and someone from roster 3 to make the Over30clan 3.
