hey guys sorry i have been pretty well caught up with life i finally was able to get back on here and relax. A new business and MMA training I have not had a chance to even look at video games much. Hopefully I can catch up with you guys and play some. Invite me whenever I would love to play some rounds!

money got really tight lol so training took a back seat. I am now able to start getting back into it, I am actually thinking about doing some youtube videos, since i am needing to lose weight and train, and in the process document going up to an amateur fight for everyone to see. sounds like fun lol.

Seriously? I have a lot to go through, I have a lot of weight to lose and training to go through. My idea is to show how just a regular overweight guy can go from smoking and drinking eating horribly to trained and fighting in a real fight. I would be going through the transformation, and actually putting myself out there in almost every way possible lol showing every weakness i possess.

in fact that was the idea i had for one channel lol i have other ideas too for channels, but the other ones require collaboration.

Hell yes people would watch that. It would have to be edited I could not watch an entire workout. I might fall asleep while I am smoking and burn my house down. But it would make for some great shows

oh no no no lol it would be once a week, and progress updates with cut and spliced workouts i have a go pro, and i will look fucking stupid for you guys to see what I see lol. in my grand fashion, it would also be cynical and witty while going through what i go through in regards to work and home while trying to attain my goals. all pretty much culminating in actually going in as a post 30 year old in an actual amateur MMA fight.

basically how a normal guy that has to balance work family play and training would do it, but its all on camera.

Well now I have no choice but to be legit in my answer. Instead of sweaty man on man action or request nude slow-mo jump roping to watch your junk slap around. I will instead say that you should have a written journal to accompany the videos. dietary and workout wise. And the video journal should include workouts as well as Feris Bueller esque monologues to the camera

i was actually going to have a public google calendar that you can see what i eat, my caloric intake on display as well in the comments section of every video. the video would be probably once a week, and it would show small snippets of some of what I am doing, as well as my comments, feelings frustrations etc like i said i also have a gopro so first person camera ftw? lol

sounds like good stuff. iwould watch a weekly vid. then of course it would all lead up and show your 1 st fight I would hope?

oh yeah. i was thinking also over the course showing those that help along the way like trainers and so on. how long it would go, I don't know but i think it would be fun to do. Since there is interest and general enthusiasm, I guess its time to pull the trigger on it. any suggestions as to what i should be showing?

Is it all rabbit food or can your average overweight 30+ JO make it and stick to it.
Can you make it tasty and good for you?

That's something that will be a focus. Not only does the don't change over the course but so does the reading habits. Showing that along with how to make it enjoyable Is important
