| Any reason why we don't like to play this game mode? Forgive the question, I'm still a little new. |

| The unbearable lag of the game becomes a monster that repeatedly dick slaps you in the face and makes a regular game of DOM seem like it is running smooth on a dedicated server. |

| Wow N8 could not have said that better. But I have heard that the lag hasn't been as bad with GW. Not sure if that is true or not. I find ground war a pain in the ass anyways. To many people spawns get all messed up. |

| Groundwar from black ops left a bad taste in alot of peoples mouths. We tried to play a groundwar match the other night and got kicked out right after the game started. Usually the more players involved = more lag. Since MW3 has tons of lag anyways people might think groundwar is unplayable. I wouldn't mind trying it, but how much more difficult is it to get 9 people into a game rather than 6? | |

But with a clan, good comms, and everyone knowing their role it could be a bloodbath of kills, right? |

| I personally like the added 3 more people to kill. |

| GW can lick a salty nutbag. Bad lag and connection problems x 6 > bad lag and connection problems x 9. And as Dave mentioned, you're not often going to find 9 willing to subject themselves to that torture. If a party goes to 7 I'll gladly back out and play solo for a match or too than endure the misery that is GW. Besides all that, it's great! |

| GW isn't that bad if you're playing TDM or KC as a solo player. You can actually rack up some crazy stats if you're playing shitty randumbs.
I dont' mess with it much though. Ground War Dom is terrible |

| Don't let my flowery review dissuade you from Ground War...give it a try and let us know what you think. I just had such an aggravating time with it in Blops I never went back. It may be great and totally lag free now! |

| We love gw over the pond...honestly don't get too much lag, maybe it's the shorter distances between clanmates?...and with good comms. it can be a bloodbath |

| On the subject of lag in GW...
In Blops, it was like repeatedly jamming a fork into your frenulum (google it if you don't know, it will bring a chuckle). Most people assume that since the lag in MW3 is a bit thicker than it was in Blops, that ground war in MW3 would just be unplayable. I have not noticed a bit of difference in my connection in GW (we've tried it a couple of times in the clan) than I have when its 6 of us running in dom.
I think we have had 8 and 7 people in a GW, but not 9, at least not in a group that I've been a part of. Unlike a full dom party, we didn't have to wait forever for a lobby to fill up (how many of us have been in a group of 6 and get stuck on 9 people in the lobby forever?) and we rarely run into organized competition because most good clans avoid ground war because it is easier to organize a 6 person squad than a 9 person squad.
That being said, I love the easy triple kills in ground war, and there is almost always an AUAV in the air. It has its own fun, and I'd be down for trying an intentional GW party. |

| Every groundwar game I have played in MW3 our whole party gets kicked out of the game at some point. |

| Ground War is my go to game mode when not playing with clanmates. I really like it, I have not had anymore lag on this than with other modes to be totally honest. I have now ground out 2 prestiges in there, and the noob/pro ratio is so much better. I have gone 50 and 9 on bad days in groundwar. There is a reason pros play there, Its good target practice. Again, every once in a while you will get a bad connection getting host, but most of the time folks with the 50 mb down gets it. Hence why savvy does not like to play GW. | |

| The few times I've played ground war the lag hasn't seemed any different...it just gets a little hectic for me to have all those extra bodies in the game...especially on these smaller maps. |

| Me and the wife play gw quite a bit. Not much problem with lag. Like the bigger teams. Dom caps r quicker and more targets in tdm and kc. | |

| Don't be so coy, Savvy... We all know that there's nothing more ya like to do then be stripped down to your underwear while sitting on a leather sofa on the hottest day of August having a bit of fun with the glories of Ground War |

| I like GW when I feel like using an LMG loadout. triple and quad kills galore if you can catch them filtering out of their spawn. I have gotten a quad-semtex first blood on the B flag at Arkaden in an epic GW domination.
The only time i've ever not enjoyed a gw game was against a particularly good 8 person team that had my collection of randumb jackasses spawntrapped at the A flag on fallen. That can get brutal quicklike.

| I played some of the 6v6 games yesterday, would be a second then move then froze for a second then move. I also played some GW I did not notice any really bad lag only that it took alot more bullets to kill someone. Also 1 time I ran out of bullets and could not find a gun. Ran all over the map, found all the bodies but no guns. |
