Cheaters Never Win or Do They?

I hate these kind of players. Ruins it for all. I am sure they will be all over MW3 too.

Thanks for posting that Dave, good commentary too. Hopefully the game developers will do something about this. There should be some way to make the Tac Insertion smarter so this can be prevented in the future.

Tac insert is a dishonorable piece of equipment if you ask me. It is the booster's favorite tool and seems like it is an easily exploitable option for cheaters.

Even those who use it within the realm of fair play use it to respawn at the top of a sniping point or as a spawn trapping tool. Either way, it lends itself to questionable tactics.

Get rid of it. End of story.

I will use it when I play HQ or CTF, but that is what it was intended for. I would be fine with 3arc nerfing it if it meant that the boosters were gone.

Perhaps they could disable it within a certain radius of certain objectives or opposing players. This would at least make it more labor intensive to boost they way they did in the video.

Planting 2 TI's from opposite teams a foot apart should light the batsignal to 3arc and have the 2 players banned instantly.
I didn't propose a solution because they don't pay me to come up with one, and it isnt a simple answer since putting them close to objectives is their purpose. Maybe a time delay between plants or since spawn, radius from others, total per match etc.
They meant well by removing them from FFA matches so they are aware of the issue, but didn't entirely think out the possibilities.

If cheaters are going to boost, at least make it inconvenient. 2 TIs a foot apart makes it way too easy. Make the little boosting bastards earn it.

I know that for me back in the MW2, I used to do my own Booster Justice like SandyRavage used to do. When your spy plane is up, if you notice a teammate and an enemy are way off the beaten path on your radar(or even just a teammate for that matter) and not moving around, go hunt them down and you can break up the party. Trust me, they will definitely rage at you for doing this.

Then as an added bonus, use the "recently played with" option and follow them into other lobbies and break up the shenanigans some more. Their tears shall sustain you!

You just have to hate boosters. good thing about xbox is you can report them with a click of a button maybe PS needs to do the same thing.
