New Headset So I can talk again

Well my Tritton AX720 finally died on me. The mic was just shot. There were half a dozen recent matches where I thought the mic was hot, and dropped a good line that got no response, just thought it was a touch crowd. Is this mic on? No it was not. I have since realized it was dead. Would only work when I held the mic in place. As soon as I let go, it would just lose connection.

Picked up the PS3 Wireless Stereo Headset. Came in yesterday and so far I really like them. Nice to have the mic feedback in the headset. And the wireless is solid.

Looking forward to getting into some good rounds. Especially with BarneyKiller187 and parabola79. You guys have been great with the invites. Although a good kill confirmed match now and then would be awesome. I just don't know the Domination flag locations. KC is my game of choice. Think I will miss that the most in BO2. That and no support streak option. I love having the kills collect even when you are killed.

Well in my case the headset was fine, it was the mic that just died. It was the kind that plugs in with a headphone style jack. It loosened up over time and was sketchy at best.

Did you get the new Pulse Headset or the original that came out last year?

I think I got the one that came out last year. It was $80 on Amazon. Really happy with them so far.

Yeah, I and a lot of other clannies have that one. I love it as well and there great for all games not just COD. I played Dead Space with them on and the surround sounds was awesome and creepy.

Sony just came out with a new one called the Pulse headset. Looks interesting if the ones I have ever go out, I'll get the new model.

Info on the new one. Checked on it and it costs about $120 to $130.
