| Hey guys, I was just wondering what the best way is to find other clan members on the ps3 so I can send friend requests. Any help would be appreciated!

| You can hit me up. When I joined up I clicked the Usergroup link at the top of the page and joined the ones that looked appropriate. I started typing in gamertags from there. In the friend request state that you are new to the 30 so people know that you aren't a random player. When you get in a lobby with other 30's fire off friend requests to every lobby you are in | |

| I find getting into games with folks harder than getting into the clan. I'm sure that's the kind of thing that works itself out over time though. |

| Or you could just sell your PS3 and take the $20 bucks you get from it and buy an Xbox and join us. | |

| i had a tough time getting started too. My advice is what was stated above, stick with it and send out as many requests to play as needed. I still have teouble joining up some nights so dont get discouraged. | |

| So Maybe Ill get an xbox and have the best of both worlds. If I got rid of my ps3 I would feel like a traitor. |

| Usually, the onus is on the new guys to send out invites and friend requests. As mentioned, be sure to include Over 30 Clan or something like that in the friends request.
Also, until your name gets relatively well know on the forum or in game, it may be difficult for others to know if you want to play. So when you log in, don't be bashful about spamming invites. Usually we'll back out and pick people up. We'll run ground war if we have to, or split into two parties. Just be a little patient.
As a matter of etiquette, if you want to join a party, but start playing solo, you should back out of your game to join up when the group sends you an invite. | |

| feel free to send me a friend request. I joined last year in January or so after MW3 came out. Took a while to get into clan parties, also I felt a bit weird about starting a party on my own. Just send out messages w/ the subject line "got room?" and you'll get invited in sooner or later. Once in a party, friend request everyone in the party right away.
If you start a party, make sure to have a mic. That way if someone else gets in you can ask them to send out invites to people on their list as well. |
