I actually picked up CoD4 yesterday for $10 BUT....

Seems some PS3 update or something has fucked CoD4 multiplayer. When I start the game I end up with the main screen and a "Confirm Yes/No" at the bottom. Pressing "X" does nothing.

The fix online was to unplug your router, boot up the game and then plug your router back in....
curious if others are just able to "get on" no problem. It was always viewed as the "best" CoD game as well so I'm kind of sad right now. Unplug and plug every time you want to play multiplayer on CoD 4? And I don't even know if that even works.

Yep....all you have to do is make a dunmmy profike on the PS3 using anothers email and password...its easy

The FL thing is simple, you only add the other new x30x_whatever friends to the x30x_whatever profile. I doubt 100 people are going to do this so friend list shouldn't fill up.
