Yeah, in CT I ran into a dude with a modded R870. I wanted to be mad but I could only laugh at him/her/shim.

I've seen videos of modded controllers changing the fire rate on weapons, but I'm at a loss to understand how a controller can change the fire rate in a game. Doesn't matter how many times I pull the trigger, and 870 only shoots so fast for me.
Do they work like a reload cancel? where the animations are cancelled or something? Just out of curiosity I would like to know how they work.

Many of the controller modding companies offer options like rapid fire and quick reloads. My understanding is that certain sequences at an extremely fast pace is how he can fire it so quickly. It also works for 3 round burst guns, making them nearly automatic.

Yeah this has to be a controller mod. I have a coworker that uses on for the PS3. It is an outrage.
Nice post Nuke.

How retarded do you have to be to run modded in combat training, like seriously.
