O30C w/ Drift0r

Hey guys I saw the vid slam posted on Yt with the clan playing with Drift0r, we should try to do that all we can. I would definitely like playing with Thunder or tmartn as well. Just send me a text or a PM next time we set something like that up and if I'm not working I'll be a part definitely!

i would love to get in on some of the games with people like driftor as well... only problem is i will not be around much in june cuse i will be working so much... let me know when all ya all are going to be doing it and if im not working that day i will be on to play

Couple questions? What is a Driftor? I am guessing he is a video guy like Woodwhatever.

Same question about Wicked Shrapnel, he sounds like he plays lots of video games shooting people, as opposed to just racing games.

Is that the guy Slam sent the hot sauce and shit?

If Driftors over 30 we should try and recruit him. Give some of our competitive guys another source to learn from.

From the looks of him I'd say no, but maybe mid 20's, I'd say if he wants in we should say yes for the exposure alone.

while no one wanted to answer my previous post I will say this.

I could be the only one. Saying that we should recruit him for the exposure seems like a dick move. Say he were to join and then he saw your post saying that.



I could be completely wrong as there are many things that go on here that seems counter intuitive to what this clan stands for, but we didn't used to be the type of clan that wanted people to join because they are a big name. We used to be the type of clan where we wanted people because they were fun to play with.

This is in no way meant to be derogatory towards your post Mr. Train just stating my opinion.

Top 100 clans list says it all. July 1 will weed some slackers out. New folks will join and leave.

Now he's probably a stand up guy IRL but based on the "life according to drift0r" videos he uploads to youtube, I find him extremely pretentious and annoying...I just can't tolerate his voice and delivery.

I got into a huge "debate" on one of his videos where I voiced my feelings on one of his videos and I was backed in to a corner by his fan boys. Needless to say I came out fighting and after a hundred or so comments that was the end of it, I just unsubbed and that was it.

I wouldn't be so keen on getting him on board, would be more interested in a straight up guy like Wicked Schrapnel.

Who am I to offer my two cents anyway?!

Just saw Drift0r's latest video. He's got you guys in it and gives us a shout out. Nice job guys! Looked like it was fun. FYI it's the "What makes you a good player" video.

I doubt that he'd want to join us, but he wouldn't be the youngest here. It's cool that he played with some of us and gave us a shout, but to add someone because of exposure isn't really what we are about. We can add him because he's a good player, or whatever other reason. Zeros vids getting more views is a good thing he deserves it, but using someone for popularity isn't right. We keep doing what we do. Playing with some celebs is not a bad thing though. I hate that I missed it.

Let me clarify. I don't want him in just because of who he is. I'm saying we could make an exception for his age because of his in depth analysis of the game. The fact that his channel is one of the most watched on YouTube would definitely tell others about who we are and how we roll. I agree that other than the occasional hangout he probably wont throw all his chips in with one clan. I do however sincerely appreciate his mathematical breakdown of the game. I am going to school partially for game design and allowing me to look at the game from the engine's perspective it has allowed me to become a much better player. Between his analysis and execution by "The Hovis Man," I am 100x the player I was before. That, and the encouragement and pure kick-assedness of all my brothers here. I wouldn't be playing at all if not for all of you!

That's awesome man! I was excited he used one of our games. At the end of that game he said "Im think I'll actually save that one" thinking he might use it at some point.

We had several games were the other team left because we were stomping them so bad. I was wondering if Drift0r was actually having any fun since we couldn't finish a game with full teams

That's the video that I watched and how I discovered the 30. I like his videos of weapons/attachments tests. Found him while searching for supporting videos after hearing online how the foregrip does almost nothing and is a wasted attachment slot. Good tests. I like his videos, but I wouldn't exactly take relationship/life advice from him hehehe. No reason but it's the same reason I don't take weight loss advice from an overweight Dr. Phil. Stick with what you know.
