| I recently bought a Driving Force GT wheel and have dug out my copy of Need for Speed Shift (the only racing game I have). Wow ... what a difference with the wheel.
So ... what game should I buy? I'm looking for the most realistic one. I've got a great home theater set-up so sound is important. | |

| It's a opinion, ps3 ,need for speed is good so is Gran Turismo ,ps3 & ps4 The new Need for Speed: Rivals looks good but how knows ! And so does DRIVECLUB
xbox Forza was good when I had a xbox !
But not a good judge because don't really like driving games all that much !!!!! | |

I would say that you have to go with the original Spy Hunter with a setup like that. | Some games control HORRIBLY with wheels on current gen platforms. Forza is a dream... you can get it set up so well that (if your wheel is force feedback + rumble) you can tell exactly when the rear is going to slip and you can effortlessly use the throttle and break to steer in/out of the corner = awesome! Pinpoint. PlayStation side... i haven't tried GT5 with a force feedback+rumble wheel... but that's your best bet. | |

| Can you use that set up for, GTA 5 It would the best driving game because of the challenges ! dodging cars, ass hats, obstacles, hookers . | |

| Forza but be careful as a few of the mods are corrupt and can ban you for no reason other then your a challenge on the design market for one of there friends. Its more politics then fun at times which is why I quit the game. So best to try stay as low profile as possible if you decide to buy. | |

| Being a former huge racing fanatic and years of experience with Forza and GT.... Its hard to say. Forza for more arcade like and GT for more realistic... It really boils down to that. Both are great franchises... And I'll be playing both for diff moods. | |

| The only racing game I've played is Real Racing 3 on the iphone/ipad. it is free and has very realistic graphics, and you can compete against other players/friends online through the Time Shifted Multiplayer technology. | |

| Forza if you like realistic / simulation or Dirt 3 which I just started playing on PC (hardest driving game I've ever played). If you're looking for more fun arcade style Blur is a decent older game. One of my fav non sim drivers is Need for Speed Most Wanted. | |

| To give a real answer, since this is still out there, is to get Gran Turismo if you want a racing sim for the PS3. From all that I've ever read, it's a slightly more accurate sim than Forza and you can play arcade mode if you just want to race. If you just want an arcade racer, Need for Speed is a good choice. | |
