PS4 controller not charging

Hey, is anyone having any problems with their PS4 controllers? The one I got with my system seems to work just fine, but I bought a second one (they don't come with a charging cord FYI), and I don't have any problems syncing with the system, but it won't charge. If I look at the status, it just shows a question mark next to the controller icon. I checked with GameStop and they told me I was just doing it wrong, so I went online and sounds like a lot of people are having a lot of different problems with their controllers and it doesn't sound like Sony is being very helpful. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks guys.

Did you try the reset button on the back by the screw need a paper clip but first I have heard of it so maybe defective controller !

Yep. Tried reset button. Didn't work. Called Sony. They had no idea. They said to mail it in and they'd have one of their techs take a look at it. May get it back in a month or so. So I called GameStop again and they said if I really couldn't get it to work, they'd have no problems replacing it since I still have the receipt and I've had less then 30 days.

Just replace it and try the new one.

Yep. Think that's what I'm going to have to do. Just not sure the next time I'll be making the trip into the city. LOL
