Something other than regular TDM or DOM?....yes please

So thanks to Bill I have experienced one of the many game modes I never play.

The "barebones" Core mode (I think thats it) where it's just you, a gun and a couple of grenades. Glorious.

This is the most fun I've had in a long time with no weapon attachments, perks or killstreaks. I would highly recommend you give this a go, especially
those 15's out there with nothing left to earn.

My opinion might be skewed by the fact out of like 8 games I had a 2 k/d ratio with only one game under 1 (went 15-16). *laugh*

I like the bare bones game mode. I took a couple of people with me one night. It seems like they all wanted to go back to the dog and chopper gunner massacres.

i like the barebones modes alot been playing it for the last 2 days.

I did some team tactical the other day. What a blast. It was a nice change of pace. Highly recommend it.

I'm down for any change of pace. I need to get better on HC though...killed a few clannies last night...oops...

Saw that we were loosing the HQ and chucked a semtex. I guess some of you were a little too close.

All for accidentally shooting my fellow 30's in the ass...

Its funny in MW2 I only played TDM, boy I missed out on alot, guess I didn't know any better, it wasn't untill I started playing with you guys that I played anything other than TDM in BLOPS either. I have just started playing S&D and am starting to like it as my actual score per minuted is higher than even HQ, only thing that sucks is the no respawn and the fact that most randumbs are well dumb.

I would like to give that barebones a try. sounds like fun.

It's some barebones "competitive" mode where you play random objective based games. So yes.

I'm willing to give S&D a try. I have noticed on the leaderboards that the average score per minute is insane in S&D. Being that I get limited time to play and therefore prestige, it makes sense for me to maximize my opportunities.

I'll try anything...the clan is really good about explaining the rules to me when I ask, and that helps. Clannies taught me about wage matches a few weeks ago and that was a blast.

the only thing bad about barebones comp is that u can only go in there with a 4 man party otherwise it wont let u pick that game mode

In Comp. you do get to use certain perks, but all I can remember is Lightweight.

I hate HC as its a camp fest, I haven't played barebones or wager matchs and I hate TDM.

My bread and butter is Sab and S&D with abit of Dem.

I have noticed that when other clannies on that we normaly only play Dom.

I used to hate HC, but am likeing it more and more. It is a slower pace but still fun. HC S&D is what I have been playing when solo. Also not a fan of TDM in any mode, but I still need 40 some games of HC TDM to hit the 50 games played mark. DOM is good just because I really don't have to think to much, and can just have fun.

In the pre game just ask if everyone minds playing something different for a change, most will say sure, but some might drop.

I enjoy changing it up with Headquarters. When you have the right team, you can pull down a ton of points. I'll play hardcore rarely just because as some have said, I find it to be super campy. Everyone just seems to be waiting and so often I will just hear big gaps of silence in the matches.

I too vote HQ for dbl XP weekend. You can lose and still get 15k XP.

I'm down for some HQ,Demo, and S&D for some double xp. I'll be on all night if the better half let's me. I'll have to get my honey do's done first. LOL

Ok HQ peeps, just invite me tonight. Only problem is that I'll be playing at my brother-in-law's tonight so no microphone though I can at least hear your callouts.

Too bad xp means nothing to me now. They need triple $ weekend.

I love wager matches! GunGame is my favorite. It is the anti-camping game. I also like to do gungame combat training, I have to pick up the weapon from the bot I killed b4 the next kill.

I be down to some wagers with the clan. You can only take parties into the ante up, so no one has to worry about losing CP



Double XP does mean double CP too.
FYI:CP is 10% of XP earned

I think wager matches against clannies is a great idea.
