Double XP for Clan level 10 and 20

Just saw this on the Twitter feed of CallOfDuyElite after I sent them multiple tweets yesterday:

"CallOfDutyElite Call of Duty Elite
We know many of you in Clans are waiting and asking about 2XP. We hear you and are working on it. Thanks."

I'm not sure but I think I've got both already? I know I got 2hrs shortly after we got up and running on Elite.

You get 2 hours of double XP for successfully joining Elite. I'm not sure if it's premium-only but that's probably what happened.

That's excatly what happened. But if you look at the Clan Level Unlocks on the Connect page of your Elite page you will see at Level 10 your clan get 2 hours of double XP and at level 20 you get 4 hours of double XP.

Ahh, thanks for clearing that up.

What level are we at anyways on the PS3 side? Got to be pretty high with the sheer volume of members and playtime we have all put in.

Yeah. I asked around on the activision customer support site. Here is their answer:

I am a bit hesitant to follow up, nothing is resolved, since I am not the founder of the clan. Og founded but JK is the leader now. So JK, if you read this, are you ok with it if I take the next step and tell them it's still not working?

They gave me literally the exact same canned reply when I asked about it. Snowrider was in an actual conversation with a tech so that might get the ball rolling.

I just logged on to elite, and it said I got my double xp. Won't be able to check it out until late tonight. The dashboard is still not up.

same with me. I'm not sure if it's the Elite XP for buying Hardened ( I don't think I ever got those points) or if it's Over 30 XP. Will see when I get home.

There's two different conversations going here.

1. When you sign up for Elite for the first time you get double XP.
2. When you are part of an organized clan, when your CLAN reaches level 10 you get an addition 2 hours of double XP.

#2 is what this conversation is about.

Never have seen any of this so called double XP from elite as I am a premium member......F'ing IW

I just logged on elite and under MW3 it says I have no data as I need to play a match....I am 2nd prestige level 68....wtf!

Yeah Stream_Man, as per usual, everything is fubar on Elite. I am getting a similar message on Elite which I think may even just be some caching thing because if you go to the top under My Account and logout and then log back in, it actually then does recognize me again. Although one time earlier when I did that it also said I earned the 2XP but as SoonerChris mentioned, that is just referring to the 2XP for purchasing the wonderful product of Elite.

The 2XP we have coming to us as clan members should eventually come. I'm still not entirely certain by the way it's worded if we get 2 hours for level 10 and an additional 2 hours for level 20 or if it's actually an additional 4 hours at level 20. Such a buggy experience so far.

I need to get back on Roster 1 so that I get my 6 hours of 2XP instead of the 2hours for roster 2. LOL
