questionable gamertag

I noticed imgoodifyousuck recently joined. Never played with him but that name reflects sort of poorly on the rest of us. I guess it could be interpreted in a self-deprecating way, but judging from his posts the guy seems like a bit of a "look at me" tool.

Since he's xbox, I'll leave it up to the xbox mods.

Should we ask him to change his name?

I don't really see any offense to the name. it is neither sexist, racist, or political. I would let it be unless any member reports the gamertag as offensive. If that is the case we can ask him to change it or it can be put to a vote in a general public poll as per the rules.

No offense taken with Gay Vader. he has been a clan member for over a year now, and he is actually gay. I have never had any clannie report it as offensive to me. That is kinda the litmus test for me. We have enough grown up big boys that I give them the benefit of the doubt, and if something truley offends them I would expect them to notify one of us mods.

I don't think it is offensive, just seemed like a douchey name and made me suspicious that he was not truly as old and mature as he claims. "I'm good bro!" Then there's that...

I was thinking a subtle PM would be enough, but we'll let it go for now.

I think that it's fine. To me he's just saying that hes a good player if the other players suck so really not offensive to other people IMO.
