| I saw a video on You tube that showed you lose everything. It resets you like you never played the game before. |

| Why don't you just create a second user instead? Rumor has it that they will be putting in another 5 Prestiges in the future for your main account and you would have a secondary to play with. | |

| I second Doamne01's advice... just create a different account a start over from there. How pleasurable of an experience has it been for you to max out prestige on MW3? I am not even half way there and it is beginning to be a grind. Seems like an ass-whipping waiting to happen.
And you know that if you reset the account, invariably there will be something introduced in Black Ops 2 tied to your levels in MW3 as an incentive or thank you to renew Elite for another year. |

| your k/d stays the same and your stats stay on the leaderboard, barracks get reset and you lose everything you earned. |
