mw2 map packs, ps3 user question

hi folks, my youngest plays mw2 on ps3, he has bought a map pack and has lost the login details for the account on the console, he unfortynatly didnt use his real dob or email so cant reset password (or can he?) so if he logs into the other account it shows from there the maps are still downloading, can he use the maps from the other account on the same console or are they lost, and so when he next comes down to here do I need to buy him them again?

if the login is on the same system all users should be able to use the maps, you only have to downloaded them once for all users.

otherwise if the PSN says you have downloaded them once, it will allow you to download them again for free. i think it shows up red or has a different icon.
