Give this setup a try

Just thought I'd share this one guys I've found a setup that works amazingly well. We all use the MP7 and the P90, PP90M1 and that's about it. I tried the UMP but the thing just recoils all over the place so I stopped using it until now. I've done prestiging so working on getting gold guns I decided to try the UMP again and wow this things taking people out in milliseconds they don't even have time to pull the trigger my setup

UMP - Rapid fire / extended mag
Secondary - MP9
Betty / portable radar or flash / frag

Perk 1 - sleight of hand pro
Perk 2 - hardline pro
Perk 3 - sitrep pro

Specialist strike package
Perk (2 kills) assassin pro
Perk (4 kills) scavenger pro
Perk (6 kills) stalker pro
Perk (7 kills) all unlocked

Now I can't stress enough how having all the pro perks helps you out. Give the UMP a try again if you've put it down and give this setup a try it tuck me 2 / 3 hours to master it and to be honest I only stuck with it to unlock gold camo now it's my goto class on small / medium maps

I ran the ump all throughout my first prestige ,and it worked good and then it just quit working for me couldn't get the kills . I pick it up every once in awhile just to see I'm still getting out gunned when I use it .

Smurf I've noticed a few people running the UMP now if you can control it it's the gun to use on maps like Dome, Seatown, Hardhat most maps really the MP7 wasn't taking player out like it used to for me anyway noticed FearCrads uses it a lot I've run it with a silencer and rapid that's good but the mag isnt big enough but you need rapid fire on to make it work.

Yeah maybe one of the patches has switched it around again. I'm done prestiging so I decided to gold some snipers and I seem to be doing actually pretty good with the mp9 were I would normally use the mp7 .

I would run Stalker Pro over Sitrep as my 3rd perk. And this is important in my case as I never run Specialist...

I usually use the UMP as soon as I prestige since it's early availability is great plus the stats on it. Also the M4A1 but the UMP is great for running and gunning...I'm hoarding my prestige tokens...not sure why except I will probably get the special titles and may use it on double XP and items when I hit 9/80 so I can finish up to 10/80.

if you like the ump in this game you would love it in MW2 in hardcore. Lightweight, Marathon, and Dead Silence with the ump was BEAST in hardcore with one bullet kills

Yer I used to play HC on MW2 and use it only got to 7th prestige I don't like IW version of cod much prefer Treyarch seem to be more suited to 18+ players like it says on the tin.
