This is the wording used in video, not mine. The wording in brackets are presumably Pro version:

Perk Slot 1
Extreme Conditioning - Sprint longer distances (Climb obstacles faster)
Sleight of Hand - Faster reload (faster weapon swapping)
Scavenger - Reload ammo from bags (More ammo from start)
Blind Eye - Undetectable by support stuff (Launchers lock-on faster, extra damage to support)
Recon - Explosive damage paints target on minimap (Bullet damage paints target)

Perk Slot 2
Hardline - One less kill for streak (2 assists count as 1 kill toward streak)
Assassin - Immune to UAV, portable radar, thermal, and Hbeat (Immune to CUAV and EMP)
Overkill - 2 primaries (2nd primary can be equipped with 2 attachments)
Quickdraw - Faster ADS (Fast recovery from equipment and nade usage)
Blast Shield - Flak Jacket (Immune to stuns and flashes)

Slot 3
Sitrep - Hacker (hear footsteps better)
Dead Silence - Ninja (no fall damage)
Stalker - Fast movement while ADS (delay claymore)
Marksman - ID target from range (longer breath time)
Steady Aim - hip fire accuracy (fast ADS when sprinting)

Looks like you can have Ghost Pro from the start....Blind Eye and Assassin...not sure if this is a good idea if they want a quicker game!

A list of leaked killstreaks that came out with the perks....also unconfirmed! You select one class of killstreaks and then select three killstreaks from that class.

ASSAULT KILLSTREAKS
-- Care Package - 4 Kills. No changes.
-- IMS - 5 Kills. Drops a care package that contains three Intelligent Munition System landmines. Cannot be stunned or flashed. Only Sitrep can detect them.
-- Predator Missle - 5 kills. No changes.
-- Sentry Gun - 5 kills. No changes.
-- Precision Airstrike - 6 kills. No changes.
-- Attack Helicopter - 7 kills. No changes.
-- Little Bird Flock - 7 kills. Small helicopters patrol the map, tagging enemies on your minimap
-- Little Bird Guard - 9 kills. Big helicopter that follows you and protects you.
-- Reaper - 9 kills. Allows you to paint 5 targets on the minimap to drop predator missles on.
-- Talon - 10 kills. Robotic tank roams the map.
-- AC-130 - 12 kills. No changes.
-- Pave Low - 12 kills. No changes, but more powerful than MW2's version.
-- Juggernaut Armor - 15 kills. Become a Juggernaut.
-- Chopper Gunner - 15 kills. No changes, but you can now deploy four care packages.

SUPPORT KILLSTREAKS
-- UAV - 4 kills. No Changes.
-- Counter UAV - 5 kills. No changes.
-- Ballistic Duffel - 5 kills. Care package that drops syringes to increase player health to 130% when injected. Can use on teammates.
-- Hacked Care Package - 5 kills. Drops hacked care package that explodes.
-- SAM Turret - 8 kills. No changes.
-- Remote UAV - 10 kills. Target enemies and drop missles on them.
-- Advanced UAV - 12 kills. Reveals all enemies on the map and their facing placement (Blackbird).
-- Remote Turret - 12 kills. Sentry gun that you can control manually.
-- Stealth Bomber - 14 kills. No changes, but more powerful than MW2's version.
-- EMP - 18 kills. No changes.
-- Juggernaut Armor - 18 kills. Care package that contains the Juggernaut armor.
-- Escort Airdrop - 18 kills. Same as Chopper Gunner except the CPU controls the chaingun and still drops four care packages.

SPECIALIST KILLSTREAKS
-- Extra Perk - 2 kills. Not known if it's selectable or chosen at random.
-- Extra Perk - 4 kills. Not known if it's selectable or chosen at random.
-- Extra Perk - 6 kills. Not known if it's selectable or chosen at random.
-- Juiced - 4 deaths. Sprint faster speeds.
-- Martyrdom - 4 deaths. No changes.
-- Final Stand - 4 deaths. No changes.
-- Revenge - 5 deaths. Person that last killed you appears as permanent dot on radar until killed.
-- Stopping Power - 5 deaths. Increases bullet damage. Only lasts for one kill.
-- Dead Man's Hand - 6 deaths. Run around with C4 in your hands and suicide bomb.

I'm assuming you can stack killstreaks again, if it's up in the 18-20 realm.

Would have said the same a few months ago but now I'm confident we can all get the higher streaks running with the clan.

One of the videos I saw made it look like killstreaks stacked. Guy got a Predator, fired it for a double kill and suddenly he had an attack helicopter pending. Wish you had to earn your big kill streaks again but I guess not.

I'm thinking very frustrating. There's gonna be so many running with the obvious KS...

The more info I see on this game the more it looks like the encyclopedia collection. What's wrong with a simple shoot/die game? To me it seems like the whole definition of a FPS is getting more complicated. I understand people want something new and they want options but come on, do we really need all of this?? 3 different sections of killstreaks??? Each weapon set having about 20 different attachments and perks??

Agreed....I think the better players are going to completely destroy the average player although I hope I'm wrong!

Blind Eye, Assassin, Ninja = completely invisible, that scares me.

Not sure what the jugger is, but I don't see anywhere that you can run those 3 KS together.

Juggernaught is from MW2 campaign and special operations. Almost invincible. Takes a ton of damage to kill. IE multiple RPG's, claymores, and C4 in very close proximity to kill.
