Any one play fantasy football? We should start a over 30 league

I'm down... never played before, but I'll figure it out...

I'm always up for it! I won my league 2-3 years ago. Prepare to be defeated!! Are we doing ESPN, FoxSports, or NFL.com?? They each have their merits. I vote for a live draft too...I think the ESPN & FoxSports ones both have a chat function for smack talk.

Im in set it up and give me the details....

We had a clan league last year, I am sure this year we will need a few leagues since there are so many new members.....either way I am in.

I'm with Jager, never done it before but I'd be in with the clan.

I've run many leagues and cbssports.com is by far the best site to host a league.

$149 for the year.

Whoa wait will there be a CFL league....hahaha just kidding everyone knows the CFL is a joke....I am in.

We have a league, I lost to JK Steelers in final last year...

but, I think 3 or 4 of the participants are now "darksyders" or whatever their called so we will need a new one

anytime after 10pm is good for a draft for me...I've never run one before but I could probably figure it out if we'll need a second group as jsavvy says. Who did it last year? don't want to step on any toes...

Just saw FBD's post...I don't know about none of these paying leagues...besides, I'm in Canada, not eligible for winning anything more than bragging rights. I say we keep it free.

$149 is to host the site, not per team. It's worth it...trust me. with 12 teams it's $13 per man.

Guy ran the league last year. 30 Champ right here. We did it on Espn which was free.

I've used yahoo for 8 years and really like it

I would be interested if there was a beginer league going as I have never tried it.

It's been years since I've played, but I would be in; pay or free, doesn't matter to me. I don't know what's all entailed with it, but I saw that NFL.com has a million dollar draw going on for Fantasy Football. We could have some sort of agreement on prize sharing so that even the Canadian guys can get something out of it.

For those who haven't played, there is some skill to trades and negotiations but, for the most part, there's a lot of luck involved. If you watch football, you should be able to hold your own in fantasy. Plus, there are a number of sites out there to help get you started and it's a lot of fun.

I've always wanted to but can't find a league that doesn't take it waaaay to seriously because I know nothing about it but I'd like to try

I'm guilty of taking it waaaay to seriously, and Mrs. FBD thinks I'm nuts but I win thousands every year playing and she complains less when she gets a Longchamp bag at Christmas from fantasy football winnings.
