Any truth to this post I saw on facebook about stats being reset in blops 2?

I was playing online when my phone pops up a new message from facebook, I am a watcher of the mw3 page and everything I have seen on there has been true so far. In this post it states that even if you can get on multi-player, don't because the servers are down and your stats will be reset.....

Personally I could care less because my stats suck, but I thought I would at least throw it out there for the rest of you...

I did notice that the lag was extremely bad while I was online and I apologize to those I was playing with but I had to shut the game off, I was unable to move 95% of the game and I had simply had enough of standing still while sending a whole clip into someone only to have them spin around and one shot me.....

Not sure - I'm on the xbox side and I played a good 3+ hours last night with a nearly full party of 30s & we didn't have any issues.

**other than the typical occassional booting & disbanding of the party...but that's typical**
