Help! Stats Reset

So I just turn on BO2 and find that my stats are reset. I'm still at Prestige 3 Level 45, my create a class slots are gone, my unlock tokens are gone, and some things that I already unlocked are relocked. However, other things are unlocked, they gave me back my perminent unlock tokens that I already used, and challenges are the same as they were, they just have "NEW" by them again (actually everything did). What in the world happened? Is there anything I can do about it or am I SOL?

I just did a quick check using Google and it looks as if there are a decent amount of people suffering from this. Someone speculated that it was due to going into a private match against bots, but there doesn't seem to be any real consensus. The only thing that you can do is message Treyarch's customer support.

Check and see, but others are mentioning weird stats like they have all of the emblems for using the RPG when they don't use it and some Calling Card unlocks that they didn't have appearing and others that they did are missing.

Maybe because you are a hacker.

Oh yeah, you know me lol. My 47% win/loss and 1.18 k/d are my trophies of a great hack I downloaded that makes me lag and have totally average games. I did a little research myself and even called Activition, and I think I'm screwed. Eh well.
