| does anyone else have a laptop or pc with windows 8. i find myself wanting to beat the crap out of my laptop with windows 8. nothing seems to run smoothly, i constantly lose my wifi connection, can't connect to my xbox and nothing seems to make sense. anyone else have windows 8 that has a clue what hey are doing? | |

what's next an OS that includes a pacifier instead of a mouse? it sickens me how obligated companies feel to dumb things down with pretty pictures

| I just got a new laptop, and not a fan of windows 8. It might work for a teenager, but these tiles are annoying. No problem with the wifi though. | |

| You have to remember the Rule of Windows.
Every OTHER Windows OS is good.
Example
Windows 95 was amazing.
Win 98 Shit
Win 2000 was not very good either
XP fantastic!
Vista was terrible
Windows 7 is great!
Windows 8 is crap unless you are using a tablet. | |

| It takes customizing and whatnot to have the best experience with 8, but even with customizing it has it's moments. One nice thing that isnt obvious is that this is the most secure operating system that Microsoft has made, and requires certain hardware (which all newer computers have) to block certain types of infections whereas it was optional on older operating systems. All in all I like it, but I have to since it's my job to work on the things every day lol | |
