If you look to the top right corner of everyone's post you'll see the green +/- Basically, if you really like what someone has said you can hit the plus which gives that person a reach around. If you disagree with what someone says, you can hit the minus but that is rarely used.
Now if you want to know what a real reach around is I would tell you to ask Sly but unfortunately, he left.

I also see LNWC which I gather is late night west coast, get thrown around alot. Is that a separate clan too?? Confused as I also see active 30s with that clan tag sometimes.

LNWC is not a different clan.... We (well most) are all 30's.... We started calling our selfs that just as something to put in the clan tag... It is a carry over from MW3... It is in no way a different or separate clan. All but 2 or 3 are 30's and lifers for that matter... Just that most of the people that play during the late hours of 10pm to 2am pst on the west coast... that is all.... the same guys playing at the same time having fun and play BLOPS or what ever.... If you are running around 10pm to 2am PST then hit us up... We usually have around 12 to 18 party members... 2 different groups which as time goes on decreases to one party of 6... Sometimes it is hard to get in cause the parties are usually full most nights or rather every night cause at least 6 of us that play every night.
So if your on at that time.... You are welcome to join.... If of course there is room. That is the key if there is room. Don't take it personal if you can't get in or don't get a invite. 12 to 6 slots is all the game will let us have. Some have taken it personal when they can't get in or get ignored. And to be honest they are no longer a 30 so t don't matter...... Happy gaming

Good to know thanks. Yeah I got a few folks on my friends list that are lnwc. Good bunch of guys. I've stepped into a few games in the wee morning hours but I try to get to bed these days at a reasonable hour instead of going to bed at 430am est lol

Dsyn=Dirty Syndicate=OG PS3 Over30's that were here when I started the clan but left Darksyders=On your 6 gaming=OG Xbox Over30's that left a while ago EUK30=Ps3 Eur/Uk Over 30's from across the globe. a Brother clan to us. LNWC=Over30's from the West Coast. Still part of our clan.

The Darksyders were the first group to break off from the Over 30 clan, probably about a year ago. It was an Xbox group that all met here and decided to start their own clan. It was not amicable.
Dirty Syndicate (DSYN) was originally the OG30 (Old Guys or Original Guys) of the Over 30 clan. Comprised of 90% of the founding members of the clan, they too decided to secretly start their own clan last summer and they left here not on the best of terms. They eventually changed their name to DSYN and you may see them from time to time in lobbies as many of us still have a few of them on our friends list.
To be clear, some are friendly to the Over 30, some are not. It's up to everyone to manage their own friends list as they see fit, so no one here will ever tell you to remove any particular player from your friends list.
LNWC is a just a nick name we give to any 30's that play during the Late Night on the West Coast. BigDaddyEarl is a LNWC and he lives in Alabama! Many will run it as a clan tag or in emblems too. (As you can see in the assault shields in my sig. lol)
