How to watch movies from Mac on Xbox 360?

Anyone know how to access a movies library on your Mac from your Xbox 360?

I'd assume if i connect my xbox (hardwired to my Fios router) to my Mac via the router (or switch?) i'd be able to access my digital movie library and play on the TV. And i'm also assuming the files would have to me .mp4? Just trying to find an easy way to watch digital movies on my TV via the Xbox. Maybe i'll have to throw the files on an external HD and connect that via USB to the Xbox... would be last resort, but i'd do it if it's the only way.

Anyone here do the same or similar?

Smartass! haha you don't think i googled first!? Just trying to figure out if anyone else uses a different/better method... I'd prefer not to use the mac to process the file... (less stress on the mac mini the better haha). I was checking to see what others here do... jerk.

Thanks for taking the time to search for me... i came up with those same results as well. I'm trying to not "stream" unless I have to as that means my Mac will be on a processing the file while likely DL'ing something else. I'll try the external HDD formatted to HFS+ and see if that works. Thanks again man.
