| I'd be happy to assist if I can, but will need a few details...  When you say "defeated", what was your outcome? and what did you expect as the outcome? Also, you mentioned you're looking up a list of employees... are you doing your vlookup on the name field (or an Employee ID)? Feel free to change field names / etc where necessary to not disclose your companies details... | |
