Hey guys, new to the 30 here. I just had a few questions about this clan and also one about connection types.

The first is do I need to wait till my 10 posts are up before I can get yall on the friends list? Haven't played with anybody for a common objective since BFBC2. I loved that shit.
The next is that I played with my Bro-in-law quite a bit on the PS3. My NAT type was/is always strict, and I know it caused problems with us in the past sometimes. I'm connected the same way on my PS4 on dsl through wifi, but it stays strict unless I hardline to my modem. Is there a way to fix that without having to run a line everytime I want to play with yall? (Looks ugly, pain in the ass, kids fall over it, wife bitches.) Or can I still run with ya'll while it's set like that?

2nd. Yeah that ugly wire is..well ugly.. But its the best bet, the ps4 will get all the love first and your kids netflixing will get whats left.

run that wire under the house if not possible push it under your base board around the room to the ps4 or mover you dsl modem right beside that ps4 if all else falls trow rug on the cat6 will playing !!!

there is no requirement to wait when adding friends

regarding nat - im guessing you have AT&T dsl? They've been giving people modems / routers that don't support uPnP which would likely resolve your issue. You can at least test with a hardline or look at purchasing your own dsl modem (that supports universal plug n play / which helps devices auto forward ports upon request).

yep probably the upnp I had a modem that didn't support it and I was strict...got a new modem that does support it and always open on the ps4 sometimes moderate on ps3...but add me if you'd like MikeyB78x play on both ps3/ps4

Thanks for the info guys I appreciate it. I'll add yall when I get a chance and I guess for now I'll just run the cable whenever I might end up playing with a group and leave it wifi whenever I'm being slaughtered solo. I'll hopefully have some time to play a little this week, it looks like middle GA is going to go to blizzard conditions... 3-4" inches! I hope I have enough water...
