| I need assistance on rendering a clip to youtube. I am a total noob at that sort of thing. I wanted to post a 30-5 FFA gameplay tutorial for those who are interested. I have it in my vault, but if anyone can tell me how to do it, I'd appreciate it! |

| FBD are you going to put commentary on the video? I can record it for you sometime this week. I have several videos that I'm working on right now that I just need to finish. | |

| I tried FFA a couple few times after reading your other thread on it. I gotta tell ya though. It feels no different from any other matches i have played At least in the regards to my bullets not taking the other guy down. I will get a ton of hit markers and then they kill me in like 2 or 3 hits it seems like.
I try to patrol a certain area, but it hasnt been working. I always just get shot from some angle i havent looked to yet or one that i just turned away from. How do you guys handle this? Is it just blind bad luck that it always happens in any match i play? I cant imagine getting even 10 kills, much less any kind of kill streak.
In one game i just found a spot to set up a tent and built a fire and started to get some kills but i dont like to do that. I am looking forward to this video, but i have watched tons of videos on youtube of really good players and it just seems like i cant emulate what they are doing.... |

Usually the game finds 8 players locally, so you should all have 4 bar connections. Start there. Make sure you are running all silenced weapons. MP7 and MP9 are my favs. It's like using Overkill for 2 smgs. You need to stay off the map as much as possible because unlike DOM, there will always be an enemy near. Headset with Dead Silence is really helpful. You hear them coming a mile away so you can prepare. Use a betty or claymore to cover your 6. Don't shoot down UAVs. The smoke trail leads them right to you. If you're just learning, use Specialist setup. Start with SoH, Hardline, Dead Silence, then set your streaks to Assassin, Steady Aim, Quickdraw. This will be more helpful than running assault. If you have portable radar unlocked, that's good for beginners, but when you get used to using your ears, you won't need it. If they put up a chopper or reaper, have a second class ready with blind eye. Stay to the edge of the maps and patrol a small area, checking all access points constantly. Not camping. If an enemy runs by and you can't get a clean kill, let him go. Likely another guy will race after him and you can plug that guy instead. I'll try to get the video up soon. |

I can't emphasize this point enough. Don't go running through the center of the map. That's a death trap - it'll get you killed after you get maybe 1 or 2 kills. Stay on the edge and shoot in. It's a "back against the wall" strategy. One video I watched put it best - kill and move. Get a kill, then move so they don't know where you are. As you're patrolling an area, you can use a bouncing betty or claymore on one access point. Then, if it's triggered by an enemy and they're not killed, you know where they are. |

| Man, i have tried all this. It does not work fo me... And using specialist? Forget it. I will make a kill and then die. It resets. Support is my friend. That way i can at least get a UAV or Counter UAV up. And maybe some vests if i am lucky. Just seems like everyone else is doing these same things and i am just caught by them. Meh..... maybe some day i will be semi-decent at this game Cause i really DO want my scalps!! |

Meh..... maybe some day i will be semi-decent at this game Cause i really DO want my scalps!! Have you unlocked portable radar or heartbeat sensor? They will help you a bit until you become more familiar with the flow. It takes time, don't get discouraged. You will eventually learn the spawns and where to look for enemies as they spawn for some easy kills. Just make a mental note of where you spawn when you die and than when you are near these areas watch for enemies to spawn. |

| No prob... I will keep at it. Learning the spawn i suppose is a good idea. Since prestige(which was a big mistake for me) i havent unlocked the radar or sensor yet. But i thought most people are running Assassin. Doesnt that hide them from the radar and sensor? |

| You'd be surprised how few run assassin. I'd estimate only 1 in 4 tops. And even fewer use silenced weapons so you can tell what direction they are going by the fire patterns. |
