Apparently I have cable internet problems

MY WHOLE CITY does and they are working on it but do not know when it will be fixed. So I may not be on for a while or I might be on, but with a shitty ass connection. I can patch into my neighbors WIFI like the good ole days, but my livingroom is farther away than the gameroon was so the connection will be worse. They have AT&T DSL. So its not very fast and the WIFI signal will be weak.

I tried for 3 hours last night to try to log in and play a few games on Xbox and Ps3 both and kept getting the message that the call of duty servers were not available at this time message. I did manage to finally play 1 game on my neighbors connection but it wasn't pretty. 2 bars the whole time.

Hopefully something will be fixed soon.

That sucks but according to many articles I have read online ( no one ever lies on the Internet) the worse your actual connection is in black ops 2 the better you will do because of lag compensation..

I can say (with confidence) no one has a worse connection than me and that is not true.

A lovely 2 bar will not net you any advantage but what it will provide you...completely inconsistent (sometimes non existent) hit markers, shot while you're behind cover, impossible knifing perk, and on really bad days insta-killed with one bullet

Dave - what ISP is your neighbor using that you'd "borrow" via wifi? If you get desparate you can build a "cantenna" that'll make the wifi signal stronger.
