Ghosts Rosters & Clan vs Clan

Ok so according to their website Clan Ops (including clan v clan) is supposed to start 11/25.  Jeremiah figured out last night if you had 4 ppl from the same clan (aka roster) you could unlock it and actually play.  I'm fairly confident the games don't count toward anything yet.  We instantly discovered an issue.  Clan members from different rosters won't be able to play together / it simply won't let you join the game mode / lobby if you're not all from the same clan.

Now the Ghosts "clan" or rosters are independent to those for other COD titles like BO1, BO2, and MW3.  I propose we merge rosters / clans on the xbox side (Ghosts only / other games won't change) in order to bring everyone together for the best gaming experience.

I really don't see this being much of an issue because both Indy and I have so many MIA folks who have yet to play Ghosts.  I have 77 members with at least 20 who have not played a single game.  Indy has 60 or so in R2 with nearly as many who haven't played Ghosts.  I really think we could combine them both and still have open slots.  If by chance it does fill up we close registrations.

Obviously I want your guys opinions on the matter.  Wadda think?

These people need verification and are shown in the app as having not played a game of Ghosts (are you playing Ghosts or not)?

My question is do the clan vs clan games count towards xp or anything like that?

If not it could be an issue until people get max rank and unlock all of their soldiers... (no issue merging rosters, just wanting to play clan vs clan in the first place)

I have no issue - anything that makes it easier for us to play together is fine by me

If we're on probation will we need to be sure to hit our 10 posts to get put into a ghost clan?

10 post probation is required regardless. This is to deter drive by applicants.

Clan Ops and Clan v Clan helps you gain clan levels and by doing so unlocks emblems, playercards, double xp rewards, etc.

I say we remove anyone who hasn't played and they can always be added back. Also I think a new roster will need to be created for Xbox One as we won't be able to play together anyway. I don't think we will have more than 100 active members playing on the 360.

This is a good idea,Not only to weed out the non players but to bring us(Ghosts players) together

As I understand it, the Clan Ops and clan vs clan stuff takes in to account all consoles.  So yes, I can't play with someone on the PS4.  But my team's PS3 results and gun's PS4 results would be combined together if we were in the same Ghosts clan.  Or something like that.

So really, not only are the Ghosts clans for matchmaking and friends list, but also so all accumulated results get combined for Clan Ops and Clan vs Clan. So it makes sense to put all active Ghosts players on the same Ghost Clan, separated by P1 and X1.

I understand the results will all go towards the clan but in order to enter the clan war you need 4 people from the same roster partied up to even get in the playlist. I don't care either way really.

Exactly. So it makes sense to have all the active Ghosts players in one clan for each console side. That gives the best chance of getting a group of 4 together. Unless you think there are more than 100 active Ghosts players on the Xbox1/360 side. I don't think there is on the PS.

No there isnt and have not been in a long time. Either way until they fix the app people can not be removed from the clan roster LMAO. I tried to remove my old account and a few others that I know are not active and neither the iOS app or the android app will remove them. Tried with an Iphone, Ipad, Samsung Galaxy, and BlueStacks on PC. One would let you remove them but it didn't remove them as they were still there. The others don't even show the option to kick.

I removed all the inactives I know for sure and we're down to 56 on R1. I PM'd all the people who still have forum accounts but show up as not having played in the app to confirm.

I will be playing Ghosts at the end of Nov. when my pre-bundle comes in. I would like to be placed on the Xbox One roster.
