The top 10 fastest in game times to prestige will honored here. This will be a mixed console competition.
This list will be kept current. The leaderboard can change. But will only be open to registered members as of 11-8-11.

Validation will be required. You can have a Mod check and confirm via Elite(but you will have to stop playing to not accrue more time before someone validates) or post a photo of your combat record showing total 'in game' time and prestige.




I will make a custom sig for anyone that beats 15 hours.

I cant see anyone beating 15 hours play. The best Blops players were 19 hours or so and I would think it'll be a longer process than that.

So the record will be for shortest in game play time then rather than 1st person to prestige?

Ya, this is for the shortest 'in game' time.
I know 2 people from another clan I played with that prestiged in 12-13 hours on Blops. Solid SnD players. So I didn't want to do something like 20 hours and have 50 people win.

Remember to get 'proof' of your in game time to first prestige. (pictures or it doesn't count)

man i wish i didnt have to work all day then have baby issues or i could give it a go.

Ehw but there's a few out there that use double xp boosts and since I don't eat doritos or drink mountain dew I'm grinding without that.

Beckville blew that 24 hour mark away. I also prestiged tonight. 22H19M. I was also there when JYH prestiged at 23H33M. For the record, I didn't have any double XP as the Dorito deal doesn't work in Canuckland.

Yeah I hit the button and took a picture with my cell phone (along with the class I was mainly using). I did use 3 hours of double XP, and I have 5 remaining. IMO it makes Cerebus's time pretty impressive... w/o the double XP I wouldn't have been under 24 hours.

This was the default setup I was running for most of 50+ onward, with the exception of the main, I was using my gold UMP45 and then tried the PP90 as well (both work well), but I really liked the MP7 (and the MP9 is pretty much a main in the secondary slot, really nice machine pistol), both suppressed. Everything is like it looks:

MP7 w/ 2 attachment proficiency - rapid fire + silencer
MP9 w/ silencer
Semtex
Flash
Extreme Conditioning Pro
Hardline Pro
Dead Silence Pro

Specialist Strike Package (changed the order around a few times to help with Callsigns/Emblems and optimizing XP from challenges). Most of the time Scavenger Pro first (with Rapid Fire...), then Assassin Pro, then Sleight of Hand (and then hopefully the specialist bonus of all perks.

I actually didn't get photo proof but had a couple members come in to witness it. Only played for a few more minutes afterwards anyhow so I can take a pic next time I play. In general though, pretty sure it'll mean that it should take most of us less time to hit max prestige than in Black Ops. I forget how long it took me for each prestige there, but I had to do it 16 times as compared to 11 times in this game.

I actually didn't start using the specialist perk until maybe the 10 hour mark or so which is also when I started playing Kill Confirmed. Before that I was playing Domination with support as my killstreak. I've found Domination to be really tough this time around. In Black Ops, most of the maps you could lockdown 2 flags and hold it fairly well with a good team of clan members vs randoms. In MW3 though, even when I've rolled with members, it seems just too chaotic and it's just a madhouse more often than not.

I don't doubt silverback has prestiged, but he has not posted proof or even a time of completion.
