Organized clan play?

This may be answered elsewhere, so I will apologize upfront if this is redundant. What's the process for organizing clan play? I was in a previous clan, playing MAG, and we used the chat room feature to identify people looking for games. I recognize MAG had some clan features that differ from COD MW3 and I know Elite might finally give us something soon, but until then what is suggested for organizing gameplay with clan members?

The party system in this game sucks...in blops we would just jump into an active party and see if they had room. I know a lot of people use the message system and send out a message with the title "got room?"...send that out to a few people and you will often get an invite when they come out of their current game. I've also been known to spam some invites out just to let people know I'm looking...seen others do it as well...and when a group comes out of a game they will usually hit you back with one if they have room.

Well first thing is to start sending clan members friend requests, and then just send some invites out and people will join if they have room. But if you want something more organized than create a new topic on the forum and get people to sign up for whatever you would like to do. It's real informal around here. Hope this helps.
