I searched both of those name and they both show available for use.

No another member made the clan, made me leader. And moved over to work on the second roster.
He is currently the leader of over30clan1

I have searched for both of those clans on the PS3 and Xbox parts of the clan site, they don't show as in use clan names, are you sure they aren't groups?

I found it, the stats show the same here.

It seemed like once we reached a certain number of members it crashed it. It did work for a couple days

I don't know they will have to look into your clans details and see why the stats are distorted.

Ok, Most members report receiving the 2 hours for joining Elite, but no one has recieved anything beyond that.

Good job Snow...I logged a ticket earlier today and got a canned reply, but didn't even realize there was an online support deal. Should at least get the ball rolling!

I am filing a complaint against this topic for having a misleading title. Chatting with tech support brings memories of frustration turning to rage, later released through sarcasm and a healthy amount of passive aggression.

Yeah I spent most of the week last week sending e-mails about the clan invites. At least that seems to be working better.

I logged a ticket as well for the double XP for lvl 10 and 20 not showing up. As well, in another thread, I posted this which I found from Twitter:
